Joe, thanks for providing this hosting service. The support is great, the prices are low, and there's even a forum to hang out at when we're bored. I just wanted to make a point of thanking you because a couple of times I complained maybe a little bit more than necessary, and overall I'm very pleased with my reseller account here. Keep up the good work.

Dean

Ooo wow, I'm a HostPC Guru. Cool.
I said something nice and then became a guru. Wonder if that's a karma thing?

Wow - in the presence of "guruness" Congrats on the "upgrade" Dean! B)

And you are absolutely right -- Having my sites hosted here has been a most pleasant experience. And Joe and Nick have provided awesome service - and I know that Matt will be a great addition to the staff!

Keep up the good work guys!

Joe,

I like what you added to the Home Page -- the list of DA Features with images and descriptions. I remember the thread where you came up with the idea and I've been thinking of adding that to my site as well. It's a good way to sell our hosting.

I also like your beginnings on the forum for 'Getting Started'. That's another series of tutorials I've considered writing but have been too busy for. When I started there seemed to be very little help available for the total newbie, and a series of articles on the basics would have saved me a lot of time and frustration.

I've always wondered who all those people in the masthead were. Fill us, eh?

I always figured they are stock photos from somewhere...the guy second from the right reminds me of a guy from the original Law & Order.

Fancy, fancy! I go away for a month and look what I find when I come back - Spam Assassin. And it looks like the forum software was upgraded too. Fancy stuff. I also like the homepage with it's description of hosting features, including links to demo pages.
