Had an issue that drove me nuts. Contacted support and they fixed it and closed the ticket before I could say thank you. So, thank you!

This actually brings up a question i've had on my mind for a while: When the ticket is resolved, the staff typically seems to close it (which is fine.) I normally don't get a chance then to say "thanks!", and i don't want to open up the ticket again just to say "thanks" and clog up the helpdesk system with noise like that. What's the proper protocol to follow to say "thanks"? :)

Great question! I also have that same question. How can we say thanks? Maybe you can have a little feedback page where we say thanks?

While we're on this subject, allow me to say 'thank you!' for all the help with our move from 70 -> 403 -> 403/405 -> 405 (yes, we had quite a few problems as well)
We too had this problem, and sometimes we simply opened up the ticket again. But with the recent wave of tickets, we decided not to ... otherwise the HostPC/Yareo team might look at us and said "what now?" ,p :p
