Is there any way you could send a notice 2 weeks before the account is overdue? It's a little abrupt when the account is suspended without a prior notice that payment is due.

another ques: after making payment, how long will it take until the changes replicate in DirectAdmin? I used to have a $35.99 deal, but now switched to your new $39.99 deal.

We send notices 15 days prior to due date, 3-5 days prior to due date and again on the day it's due (past due). 48 hours later, it's suspended.

After payment is made, it can take up to 4-6 hours to come back online.

thanks for getting back to me. It actually came back online within minutes of paying the bill. The problem is I looked through all my emails and found nothing except for the final notice which came when the site went down. I made sure you're whitelisted on the spam list... I don't know.

the new stats still haven't posted in DirectAdmin. It still says I only have 2Gb and 50 emails. What should i do?
