Hostpc is awesome.
Wanted to upgrade to the new "Budget" package (great deal and great options, going from 600MB to 5GB and 3GB to 50GB $15, a no brainer there) and figured I'd muck around with the upgrade late last night.
Figured no way anyone is paying attention late on a Sunday night, but that it would probably get looked at Monday.
I was wrong.
Nick had me setup and was answering my 3+ beer-ridden emails within minutes, my site was backed up and restored by the time I got to work today. DNS is even working from a few places.
Can't say thanks enough, great job guys.
