Why is it that everytime I have to use the on-line helpdesk (which fortunately isn't too often) there's a new software package and I have to, yet again, re-register before I can continue on to trying to get my problem solved?
This is tremendously frusterating, to happen, in the middle of trying to solve a site problem. Same thing seems to happen with SSH access. It's always turned off when I need to use it most.
