It is extremely important that clients keep their email addresses current in the DA control panel. This is the address we use for ALL client communications regarding any problems or changes. PLEASE take the time to make sure it's correct.
To update it, login to your DA control panel.
Go to the Site Summary and Statistics page (if you are a reseller, it's under your User area).
About halfway down you will see a text box with your email address. You can simply overtype it and click the Save button next to it.
That simple.
