My help desk ticket has not been responded to in "1d 17h"
And the Live Chat button on the website is showing green and "now online" but the link from the button does not work from the Helpdesk page.
One minute everyone is getting moved from Boca Raton to Ft Lauderdale, then its optional, then my help desk ticket says I have to be moved...
I'm so confused on whats going on around here. And I am stuck in limbo with a client because I cant get a simple SSL setup (Ticket ID 12387).
Can anyone please help me out with this matter?
Thanks in advance.

irc2.hostpc.com - port 6667 ... channel #support
Right now, we have no live support - I believe you're looking at an OLD cached version of the page - that graphic hasn't been up for nearly a month.

I just used helpdesk about an hour or so ago.
Now I get this message when I click on the Helpdesk link.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: kbintro() in /home/helpdesk/domains/helpdesk.hostpc.com/public_html/index.php on line 154
Hope this helps.

Thanks for looking into it Joe.
And Joe, I refreshed my browser, even tried a different browser, and that graphic still comes up on every computer I have at my office. It says "now online".
The graphic is on this page: http://www.hostpc.com/support.php
The graphic says it is linked to this page: http://www.hostpc.com/livechat.php
But that link does not work.
You can see a screenshot of the graphic I am talking about:

That's "Sales" chat if you look at the button... but indeed, we did miss removing it from that page..
As for the error in the helpdesk - clear your cookies and retry

Thanks, the cookies suggestion worked. I will remember that next time I have problems.
