What is the difference between KIDS.US and the other TLDs?Before a KIDS.US website can go live, it must undergo a Content Verification process ($250 annual fee). This helps to ensure that the content is appropriate for children under 13. The registry will regularly screen and monitor websites to maintain a "kid-friendly" environment.
Who is eligible to register a KIDS.US domain name?
Any individual or organization may register for a KIDS.US domain name as long as they meet the existing U.S. Nexus requirements for the .US domain and agree to the eNom, Inc. Registration Agreement.

No. A registrant is not required to have a website ready for content review at the time he or she attempts to register a KIDS.US name.
How many years can I register KIDS.US names?
The minimum registration period is 1 year. The maximum registration period is 5 years.
