HostPC Internet Services (www.hostpc.com (http://www.hostpc.com/community/../)) today announced a new partnership with DemoWolf.com, allowing HostPC customers to receive free copies of tutorials for their website, a 10% discount on all tutorials for their resellers and a $50 gift certificate for all custom design work. DemoWolf has produced custom tutorials for HostPC customers featuring DirectAdmin and Cpanel web hosting control panels.
"We are proud to be partnered with DemoWolf, as they have an excellent product for our DirectAdmin and Cpanel customers, and will allow us to grow to other markets such as Plesk and Windows in the near future" says Joseph Mack, owner of HostPC. "We want to partner with many of the unique service providers, as they provide an excellent resource for our customers and have eliminated customer support tickets by 50%" says Mack.
With DemoWolf flash tutorials on their websites, HostPC customers will be able to offer their hosting customers the ability to get the support they need themselves, thus significantly reducing the number of support tickets being submitted. For example, customers can watch flash tutorials of commonly performed tasks with their CPanel control panels, instead of calling or submitting a ticket to find out how to do something in CPanel.
As a result of this new partnership, HostPC customers will have access to reduced pricing on all DemoWolf tutorials, with their own company logo branded in every tutorial.
