When Crediblehost, or I think I should say Bonnie, fell, I was rather angry at how I got treated as a customer. I was actually rather angry at the fact she sold it without any forwarning from her to the customers. Since this time I've calmed down a bit at the utter lack of customer skills and thought about it. In fact, I can say definitively that I myself have learned a few things from the experience on what customer service really means.

Now, after the whole thing I posted a reply in another thread, so most know my position. You pay for something, you expect service. After posting that I got to thinking that maybe I jumped the gun when I went out and started moving my web sites asap to another server. So I send HostPC a help ticket about it and basically said call me. Well, they did. In fact, Joe was calling me within a few minutes. Joe and I talked for a bit and I told him basically what I wanted the most. That is, customer service. Yeah, I know computers die. I work on these things and with as tightly integrated a mobo is today, one hickup could be anything. Literally anything. I was not expecting perfection and know that it will never happen. But the way I was treated as Crediblehost really chapped my beep.

So, I thought about it a bit on the phone and was very happy with Joe's honestly and his matter of fact approach. Todd was absolutely hot on those tickets and together they really showed me what they were about.

If you are a Crediblehost customer then I would like to say this. These guys are pretty good. Consider them if you are still hesitant. The customer service I have recieved has been really great, and, even better, they are honest.
