The HostPC Staff, and friends, are compiling a website with specific information on how to recover from a catastrophic hardware failure.
The site will contain specific information on
A) How to prepare yourself by always having a valid backup of your website
B) How to get your Databases back online Quickly and Easily.
C) How to restore the data (step-by-step) of your site and database without our interaction
This website will be mirrored on several servers, we'll be providing links to those sites in the near future. The primary site will be http://www.hostpc.com - check in our forums. Alternative sites will include http://www.myhostpc.com and several others accessible via IP address.
In the event we should experience an outage in the future (like the recent Ensim2 problems) - these sites will provide immediate, 24 hour (no downtime) instructions on how to recover your information, and get you back online FAST.
