Hi HostPC'ers,
I'm new to PHP, although I've been involved in web development for several years using any number of products from NetDynamics to Tomcat to ASP. I decided to dive into PHP using HostPC's most excellent services and am getting the hang of it.
I'd like to turn my site into a technical resource for building stuff on the web, with content ranging from simple tutorials to language references and cookbooks (but I don't have nearly as much time as I'd like for all that). I'd love to hear other HostPC'ers ideas about what they'd find helpful in a site like that.
For now, it's not much more than an overblown blog, but I've got big plans... I've recently persuaded the owners and operators of an arts and publishing site to allow me to reprint their twisted FAQ in a MySQL-driven, searchable format. It's pretty entertaining, and there's a form for asking additional FAQ questions, if you get the urge.
At any rate, any and all feedback is welcomed regarding my site, www.scarymachine.com.
