We've been monitoring the progress of Installatron (script repository with integration into DirectAdmin for fast script installations). The seem to have corrected most of the issues that led to our original discontinuance earlier this year.

We will be reinstalling Installatron on each server later today:

Current scripts include:

This will be installed on ALL hosting servers. We hope to offer this service to our resellers in the near future.

Please note, we can not provide support on these scripts from the helpdesk - please use the forums for customer-customer support.

Almost forgot, there are a couple of exceptions to this.

www30 can not run installatron because it's running php5
www17 will be converted to a newer server within 30 days - no license at this time
www15 will be converted to a newer server within 30 days - no license at this time

Joe,

I see MediaWiki on the list above. Will this replace PhpWiki? Or was PhpWiki the one indended to be listed. I ask because I only see PhpWiki under installatron on my site.

Hey Joe,

Thanks for the revision. Any idea when that will be reflected on the servers (I don't see MediaWiki on there yet, server 22)

This is very awesome news! Thanks. Installatron is very helpful for newbies (like me) who want to try something out but are daunted at trying to install manually.

Wow! phpBB is back? I really thought that would be gone from HostPC forever.

I switched over to SMF when it was mandatory a few months back, and I'm pretty happy with it.

phpBB is still not allowed. If it's in Installatron, it needs to be removed - we'll be working on checking installations today.
