If you're on www18 - there is a small chance that your site data isn't complete. This is due to the crash we experienced over the weekend, outlined here: http://www.hostpc.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=2227
We've restored everything we had for this server, (hardware was replaced/rebuilt/reformatted) but it appears that there are a few accounts that were corrupt BEFORE the crash... and thus got restored with bad info that was backed up.
So, if you're STILL having problems with your account on www18, please open a helpdesk ticket, and we'll get you completely off that server.
The accounts that are working, are working well, but there's a small handful (12-18?) that just are never going to be right - and frankly I'd rather put you on a fresh server where your account never existed so we can avoid any future problems and you can go back to our standard level of stability.
Again, thank you for your patience. We've had approximately 6 minute response times in the helpdesk since the weekend - my staff has been working very hard to get everyone taken care of as soon as possible. To them, I am grateful. To our customers who endured this, I am grateful. Thank you!
