You'll always have the rate you signed up with for the life of your account... So if you paid the $25/yr at Memorial Day, as long as you don't cancel the account or the billing, you remain at $25 for every consecutive year!

Question about your services:

1. In signing up for the $25/year special, it leads me directly to PayPal without signing up for anything... Will I get a chance to fill out the specific after that? Or will you email me a link? How will this work? When I've set up sites before, I've filled out all the pertinant info first, then it linked to the $$ part. Just curious...

2. Are you okay hosting a .us site? I see in your stuff that you do .com, .net and .org. Just wanna make sure you can host a site for the .us name that I just bought through godaddy.

As for .us domains, yes, thats no problem. We're registering .com/.net and .org for $8.95, but not .us - but you're free to bring your own .us - how appropriate for a 4th of July Sale!!

I'm having some personal web connectivity problems tonight - orders are a bit delayed ... and responses to emails sent may not happen until morning. Verizon's routers are experiencing some MAJOR problems here in NY. I've been on the phone with them for the last 2 hrs trying to find a work around... so far, I'm waiting for an upper level tech to get me moved off the Genuity GSP service ... I think thats where the problem is at the moment.

I've been trying to register my domain through your site.. and I've tried 2 diff. credit cards and it keeps getting hung on some sort of error saying that I didn't enter in some billing info correctly... I've ordered other stuff online using the same credit cards and never encountered such a problem... any ideas??

Send me details of the domain registration... who it's to be registered to, domain name, address, phone etc via e-mail, we'll register it on your behalf, in your name and bill you for the service at the current domain rate. Send the details to support @ hostpc.com

We use Enom for domain registrations - I'm not sure what issues they're having concerning overseas registrations, but we'll get you taken care of.
