For upgrades, simply order the new plan as you would if you were a new customer - then open a helpdesk ticket. Include both your OLD receipt numbers and your NEW receipt number (if paying through 2checkout.com). Tell us you're upgrading, and we'll modify your account and cancel the old billing. All accounts will be setup within 12 hours.
