We've had phenomenally positive support for our upcoming 2/1 sale. Because SO MANY people have asked, we'll now accept any orders for this sale... all orders will automatically be doubled.

Thanks for your continued support.

Please note: Any accounts paid with an e-check through Paypal may take 7 business days to clear the banks - but will be setup as soon as they are cleared.

as a 2 time 2-for-1 account holder, I think it's great to see this being offered again. It's always been the most attractive sale package to me.

keep up the good work!

Hello Joe,

I have budget hosting account with 3000MB data transfer/month and 300MB disk space (upgraded to 400MB), I would like to get the new budget hosting with 5000MB data transfer/month, contacted HelpDesk but I was told this is not and upgrade, what do I need to do to change from my current plan to the new.

thank you

Peter

Hi Peter,

Terms of the sale:
- Applies to upgrades and new accounts only (a new account is defined as a hosting account on a domain we haven\'t hosted in at least 90 days or an individual we haven\'t had as a reseller for at least 90 days)
- The spirit of the 2 for 1 sale is to attract new business and promote upgrading - please stay within the spirit of the offer

Since you're not really upgrading to another package level, I can't just give you the double - that's against "the rules" ... If you were to upgrade to the next level, say small business, then we could do that.

Hi Joe,

At least I tried, Small Business Hosting is to much for me maybe next year.

Thanks again

Peter

Want to find out when the clock starts on a small biz 2/1 yearly. I have to get design and other materials and would be delayed on installation. Even if the clock starts when you bill me I can live with that. Want to preserve the 2/1 deal. Looks like everyone thinks you are GOD!

The account term would have to begin during the period of the sale. Only 14 1/2 days left to get in on this deal!

I am considering upgrading my sale25 Budget Hosting Account to Small Business, mainly for the double add on domains, but I have an open ticket (TicketID: 4765) regarding an issue regarding upgrading my credit card info. Can I still upgrade if this issue is still open?

Joe

Yes, if you have an open ticket, we'll honor the upgrade ... which leads me to my next announcement.

Due to issues with our billing system, and some people not being able to order or upgrade successfully, we'll be extending this sale through midnight April 3, 2005 . All orders prior to that time will be doubled.

Thanks

I just opened a new ticket asking to be upgraded (that is what I am supposed to do? Or do I need to go update the old ticket?) but the ticket was closed and your message above was quoted. I just want to know exactly what to do to get it upgraded.

Does this sale apply to dedicated servers? If so, which things would be doubled?

HostPC has been a dependable company. The level of support provided by the personnel has been exemplar. With 5 different avenues of support (phone, email, helpdesk, irc, and forum) and resolution times usually less than an hour, I do not hesitate to recommend HostPC to people searching for a great host.[/quote]

We've gotten several requests to confirm that the sale is STILL going on... Yes, it's currently in effect - all new customers and upgrades receive double the quotas of new plans quoted on our homepage

Joe, the two for one refers to the add-on domains as well correct (6 instead of 3)?

Yeah, I have two people needing to buy (maybe three) but they are lazy, so they'll miss the sale...sucks to be them.

I don't need it - I'm barely using the space I already have. But I'm always tempted to upgrade everytime you have these 2-for-1's because the deal is so good. Thanks for the offer though.

This sale is now complete. It ran for 30 days, and was a HUGE success.

We wont be running this again for a while, but we'll do the best we can to earn your business even without the extended quotas!

I know from experience that picture sites can use up a large amount of disk space. Assuming the next sale has the terms of this sale, you should be able to start now with a budget plan and upgrade to a larger plan to take advantage of the larger plan's 2-for-1 quotas by upgrading to a larger plan at the time of the next sale.

Another alternative in the meantime... maybe HostPC Photo Hosting would meet your needs while you wait for the next sale? Click the banner at the top of the page for more details.
