We're undergoing an accounting/billing audit this week to insure that everyone is on a current subscription plan, or that we've documented dates for manual payments.

On all manual payments, starting June 1, 2003, we'll be creating paper invoices 30 days PRIOR to your billing date (note, this is ONLY available for yearly subscriptions), and mailing it to the address on file. If we do not have your current address, please be sure it gets updated by opening a support ticket (http://helpdesk.hostpc.com). Payment MUST be received by your anniversary date to insure your account isn't suspended.

If we contact you for billing verification this week, please provide your Paypal subscription number, or receipt from your latest payment to confirm your status.

We're also installing a ModernBill payment/billing gateway so you can update your account information, make payments and update your services at any time.

We'll be setting up another credit card processing option in the next few weeks also, for your convenience. Paypal, e-checks/Qchex and paper checks will still be accepted as usual.

If you have any questions, we're here, working FOR you - just let us know what you'd like to see/do/have available. (Well, anything except php4.3 or EnsimPro :) )

Our billing audit has brought some interesting results. We've identified several domains that have had their billing cancelled, either by their own choice, or by Paypal. I've contacted Paypal, and they've explained that if you change credit cards on your account, or that credit card expires, a subscription automatically cancels.

We've encountered this question several times:

I recently switched my credit card information on my paypal acct that I have been using to pay for 3 domains that I host with you. I just received an e-mail stating that I cancelled my automatic payment to hostpc.com. I need to switch the information to the new credit card. Please let me know what I need to do to switch that information.

If you have a subscription cancelled, we are automatically moving you to manual billing (for yearly clients). You'll be sent an e-mail approximately 15 days before your expiration date, asking you to renew. If you fail to renew within 5 days of your anniversary date, your account may be suspended, and then terminated after 10 days.

If you have a subscription cancelled, and you're a monthly billing client, we MUST receive payment within 5 days of your due date. We accept payment via check, or via Paypal/Credit Card directly from our website.
