We're undergoing an accounting/billing audit this week to insure that everyone is on a current subscription plan, or that we've documented dates for manual payments.
On all manual payments, starting June 1, 2003, we'll be creating paper invoices 30 days PRIOR to your billing date (note, this is ONLY available for yearly subscriptions), and mailing it to the address on file. If we do not have your current address, please be sure it gets updated by opening a support ticket (http://helpdesk.hostpc.com). Payment MUST be received by your anniversary date to insure your account isn't suspended.
If we contact you for billing verification this week, please provide your Paypal subscription number, or receipt from your latest payment to confirm your status.
