Seems our billing system (and mostly my screw up) just sent out several hundred copies of welcome notices - INCORRECTLY. These were OLD welcome emails that never should have been sent.

Please IGNORE any welcome emails received from HostPC today - UNLESS you just signed up.

I'm very sorry for the inconvenience :(

Do NOT change any nameservers. If you have questions, ask - but DO NOT change nameservers under any circumstances!!

I just sent this to all users that have been affected, I believe:

Due to a system interrupt in our processing system tonight, a new "Welcome Email" was sent to many users. This was done in error. If you got this message this evening, it's safe to ignore/delete.

Please check this forum thread for complete information:

Do NOT change your nameservers - we're NOT moving servers, we're not changing anything - this was simply an email that went out that will not affect your account in any way. It's safe to ignore/delete this email.

I'm very sorry for the inconvenience - steps are in place to insure it won't happen again.

:(

Too late. And I was feeling pleased with myself that I was right on top of a server change.
